Ómar Sigurðsson is the owner and lead guide of IC Iceland (formerly Iceland on Track). With an MS in Software Engineering and an MBA, he spent over 20 years in IT before turning his lifelong passion for the outdoors into a full-time career.

Ómar loves exploring the Icelandic highlands, traveling the country, winter super-truck adventures, hiking, fishing, and hunting. He has deep knowledge of Icelandic history, folklore, geology, and geography, and truly enjoys sharing these stories and insights with his guests.
